Trauma is stored in the nervous system and heals through relationship.

While trauma can leave us feeling disconnected or "stuck" in survival mode, healing begins when we experience a relationship safe enough to finally slow down.

A Space of Warm Attunement

In my online sessions, I provide a bridge between Somatic Trauma Therapy and the Feldenkrais Method. My approach is rooted in a lifelong study of somatic mindfulness and deep listening, but the heartbeat of the work is real, warm, and human attunement.

I offer a gentle, non-judgmental, and deeply bodily present container. I am there to "guide the boat," keeping us anchored in the "here and now" of your physical experience.

My role is to help you stay present with your sensations so you don't drift back into the stories of the head, ensuring you remain safely grounded in the wisdom of your body.

”How would it feel to have someone so attuned to you that you finally felt you didn't need to protect anymore?”

The Process:

Our work together is an invitation to pause the frantic pace of the mind. In the safety of our connection, we navigate the session through:

Slowing Down & Scanning-

We begin by radically slowing down, taking the time to scan the body and notice the subtle landscape of your internal state.

Deep Somatic Listening-

Once we have settled, we allow for a deep, quiet listening. This isn't about "fixing" sensations, but about giving your body the space to finally speak its truth.

Reconnecting & Embracing

As we listen together, your nervous system learns it is no longer necessary to hold onto old protective patterns. This creates space for a natural return to ease, fluidity, and a sense of true belonging within yourself.

Healing isn't about "fixing" what is broken; it’s about rediscovering the wholeness that has always been there, waiting to be heard.
